The hotel's location is convenient, just a short distance from popular attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and functioning hot water. The staff were friendly and welcoming, willing to help when needed. There were also other facilities available like an internet cafe and travel desk for arranging tours.

The noise level from both outside traffic and neighboring rooms was disruptive to our stay.

Totally recommended for short stay. Bus stop is 5 minutes' walk away. Tuyen Lam Lake district was worth visiting. We visited Lam ty ni Pagoda that was so close to the hotel:)))

The basic amenities, such as hot water, were all in working order. I also appreciated the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to explore the attractions of this charming city.

The second was the excellent condition and cleanliness of the room. the location was ideal for me as it was close to the market and tourist attractions.

On the other hand, the noise level was higher than expected, mainly due to the windows not being soundproof. the breakfast served was quite different from what I am used to, but this is to be expected in this part of the world.
